OpenSpec for Teams

A 17-slide talk on agreeing with an AI agent about what to build before it writes a single line.

Teams that build with AI agents tend to keep their decisions in chat. The chat scrolls away, the next agent starts from zero, and nobody can say later why the code ended up the way it did. OpenSpec is an open-source tool that moves those decisions into the repository as short markdown specs that people review before the agent starts.

The talk is meant for a team deciding whether to adopt it. It explains the folder structure and the five-step cycle of a change, gives a cheat sheet of commands, shows who reviews what, and is honest about where a spec only gets in the way. It ends with a two-week pilot plan.

Every command and claim was checked against the project's README and docs. The deck exists in Russian and English; the English version is below.
